WHO ARE WE?

Cath Boury is the pharmacist who heads the team at Newland Pharmacy. Cath brings with her a wealth of experience. Her university degree came from the Leicester School of Pharmacy, qualifying from Kings Mill Hospital in Mansfield. Her varied career includes providing pharmacy services in mental health, training of other pharmacists as well as extensive community practice.

 

The team consists of 13 members. Two members have achieved accredited checking technician qualifications. All the support staff have qualified in either level 2 or 3 NVQ pharmacy services. The pharmacy supports an on-going training programme, which includes at present a trainee technician and pre-registration pharmacist.

We are conveniently situated on Newland Avenue, between Goddard Ave and Marshall St. It is close to the University, and the Avenue has lots of interesting and different shops to investigate.               GOOGLE MAPS

 

 

WHAT DO WE DO?

 

You will find all the things you would expect from a community pharmacy plus a few extras you may not be aware of. There is a full dispensing service of prescriptions and a comprehensive range of medicines, a good range of toiletries  and regular special offers but do you know about many of the other services that are available to you?
