NHS 111 Referral Service

Have you run out of your medication but cannot get a prescription?

Suffering from a minor illness and need a consultation?

We are part of the NHS 111 and GP CPCS service (Community Pharmacist Consultation Service)

If you have run out of your medication and need an urgent prescription you can ring NHS 111 for an emergency prescription to be sent to the pharmacy.  

Some exemptions apply along with other details that may be required.

We also are part of the Minor Illness Referral Service through NHS 111 and from your GP, where you can be referred to see a pharmacist for minor illness through the service.
